This project focuses on CD43, a 'Don't-Eat-Me' signal often altered in cancer, to develop a molecular toolkit using mRNA display for creating probes to visualize CD43 modifications. The study aims to elucidate CD43's roles in health and disease and assess whether inhibiting it can improve immune cell uptake of cancer cells.
