This PhD research investigates the physiological and behavioral effects of climate-induced temperature increases (2 to 5 degrees) on glass eels (Anguilla anguilla) in Mediterranean environments. The study integrates fieldwork and omics analyses to understand how warming influences migration performance and survival while comparing responses with tropical eels. Candidates should have a relevant science degree and experience in aquatic ecology.
