专业介绍

The Fine Art Painting program at Brighton is studio-based and focuses on hands-on learning through practical experience.

The course is highly respected, with many graduates showcasing their work globally and making significant contributions to the fine art and cultural industries.

Rather than promoting a specific style, the program offers a diverse and dynamic learning environment that covers various fine art mediums. The goal is to nurture independent artists who are willing to experiment, explore, and take risks. This approach prepares students to engage with contemporary fine art using their unique perspectives.

The instructors for the Fine Art Painting degree program are internationally recognized artists who specialize in painting. They bring professional experience and expertise to the classroom.

Students receive individual and group tutorials to guide them through every aspect of their work, from materials to concepts and context. Workshops on methods and materials provide practical painting skills, while critical studies enhance students’ understanding of the social and historical aspects of art. Professional development modules help students prepare for successful careers in the creative industry after graduation.
