The Master of Business Administration (MBA) in human resource management at the University of Central Oklahoma is designed to give students the knowledge, skills and experience they need to be successful in a variety of human resources roles.

This program is taught by faculty with more than 70 years of combined experience in human resources and are passionate about developing the next generation of HR leaders. If you are interested in advancing your career in human resources, this program will provide you the experience you need to be successful in this field. All in-person MBA courses are held in Downtown Oklahoma City at Santa Fe Plaza.
