专业介绍

The Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management prepares students to recruit, train, and develop employees, and implement programs and processes to retain a skilled and knowledgeable workforce. This program helps students build the knowledge and skills to successfully manage the people-related practices within organizations. The knowledge acquired in finance, accounting, marketing, management, and operations supplements the Human Resources Management (HRM) program by providing students with the range of business skills and knowledge necessary to work within or run a successful businesses and thrive in the modern workplace.

Human resources professionals ensure organizational success through acquisition and development of a productive and thriving workforce, and help create a supportive and inclusive working environment through the development of compensation and benefits packages, incentive programs, and health and safety initiatives.
