Doctor of Health Studies program is offered within a leading research center in London for nursing, midwifery, allied health professions, public health, and social care.

The program offers access to a monthly doctoral support program, where research students can meet peers at different stages of their doctoral studies and benefit from peer support and learning-focused sessions. Additional development opportunities are provided through the Central Research Office, alongside an annual Summer School.

A PhD is defined as an original contribution to knowledge. Unlike a taught master’s degree, the final outcome is an extended dissertation or creative project relevant to the chosen field, rather than module-based coursework and examinations. Research students are expected to direct their own learning with support from a supervisory team.
