This International Foundation Year provides international students with academic preparation for the BEng (Hons) Aerospace Engineering degree. Students develop foundational engineering knowledge while strengthening mathematics, research, academic writing, communication, critical thinking and independent learning skills. The programme helps students adapt to UK university teaching and assessment methods. Successful completion allows progression to undergraduate Aerospace Engineering, where students can explore aircraft systems, aerodynamics, engineering design, propulsion, materials and aviation technologies.
