The Integrated Year 1 Undergraduate Program is a unique opportunity for students to directly enter their first year of undergraduate studies at University of Kent International College . It provides an intensive combination of first year university subject modules with

extra study and English language skills. The IY1 is equivalent to the first year of study at undergraduate level, upon successful completion, you will continue to the second year of your chosen degree.

A Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Business and Marketing will kickstart students' career in marketing whilst keeping their options open to develop expertise in other areas of business too. This course will help them to develop an understanding of cutting edge theory and industry-relevant practical skills in handling social media, web material, advertising, and broader brand development. Alongside marketing topics they will also learn essential areas of general business like Human Resource Management or operations management to putting the role of a marketer in context.
