The 2-Semester Pathway - Undergraduate Foundation Programme - Engineering and Physical Sciences is a one-year programme offers successful students guaranteed progression to Loughborough University. This programme is designed to prepare international students, who have completed senior secondary education, for entry to undergraduate studies at the university.

The International Foundation Programme is set at level 3, which is equivalent to A-level standard in the United Kingdom. The two semester programme lasts one academic year [nine months]. Each semester includes, on average, 13 teaching weeks, one reading week and one assessment week. On average, students will undertake 21 (and up to 25) hours of classroom-based study per week. This programme includes English and three academic subject modules. English will be integrated into the teaching of academic subjects, as well as being taught separately if they need additional support to develop their English language. They will be assessed at regular intervals throughout the programme to ensure they are making the progress required to successfully complete the programme. Full assessment of the programme will take place in the final semester. Assessment methodologies are aligned to those that will be experienced in the University environment, and include project work, essays, and presentations.

The Master of Science (MSci) (Honours) - Computing and Management provides excellent preparation for a challenging and rewarding career, offering a high level of knowledge and practical skills in both computing and management. The course is approximately evenly divided between computing and management subjects, providing students with coverage of the key capabilities in software engineering, databases, programming and networking, as well as equipping them with essential skills for business and management such as marketing, operations management and accounting. This course has full accreditation for Chartered Information Technology Professional (CITP) status from the British Computer Society.
