4-Term Pathway - Foundation Certificate for Science and Engineering - Continue to Master of Math - Mathematical Physics

专业介绍

Program Description

Physics and Mathematics degrees are highly prized and Liverpool's graduates have excellent career opportunities in industrial research and development, computing, business, finance and teaching. University of Liverpool offers one three-year BSc degree and two four-year degrees, MMath or MPhys, combining these two intimately related disciplines. These programmes provide a strong mathematical training, and mathematical techniques help students to deal with new ideas that often seem counterintuitive, such as string theory, black holes, superconductors and chaos theory. In Year One students will take three core mathematics modules, a module in Dynamic modelling, and four physics modules.

About a third of graduates become business and finance professionals; but there is a whole host of other careers which Liverpool's graduates have found success in such as management training, information technology, further education or training (including teacher training), scientific research and development, and many more.
