6 Week Pre-Sessional English + International Incorporated Bachelors (IIB) - Stage One - Continue to Master of Arts (Honours) - Geopolitics

专业介绍

The International Stage One is equivalent to the first year of a four-year Scottish undergraduate degree. This program is designed to help students develop their academic knowledge and skills within their subject area. Students will also focus on improving their English academic literacy in preparation for continuing on to their chosen University of Dundee undergraduate degree. Studied across three terms, students will continue straight onto Year two of the degree course at the University once they have successfully completed the International Stage One.

During the first two years, students will receive a solid grounding in key concepts in the two disciplines – from the level 1 Global Challenges module (Politics) to Dynamic Human Worlds: Society, Culture, Economy (Geography) and International Relations (Politics) at level 2. Students will also have the opportunity to choose other subjects alongside their two core areas – from History to Psychology to a language, or a range of other subjects.

In the third and fourth years, students will typically take an equally balanced number of more advanced modules in Politics (or International Relations) and Geography. Each lecturer focuses on teaching specialist areas in which they have an established track record of research.
