Integrated Masters - Master of Mathematics (G101)

专业介绍

The MMath degree expands on the BSc degree, preparing individuals for high-level entry into relevant professions. It serves as a solid foundation for those interested in pursuing a research career.

Students enrolled in this program will cover the same content as the three-year BSc degree, with the addition of an extra year of study. During this year, they will undertake a significant project, such as conducting a survey on an area of mathematical theory not covered in taught modules, engaging in an introductory research project, or developing a piece of mathematical software.

By choosing their own research topic, students will not only explore their interests but also enhance their project and time management skills, which are highly valued by employers. The program also ensures that students stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field by extensively covering topics like Mathematical Analysis, Mathematical Physics, and Fluid Dynamics.
