The multidisciplinary course, which is centered around electrical, electronic, and mechanical engineering topics, aims to produce experts in the fields of manufacturing, mechatronics, computer-aided design, and renewable energy. Their broad knowledge of the various aspects of engineering will ensure they can interact with engineers across different disciplines, as well as being familiar with the business environment.

Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to explore a range of authentic engineering problems and industry-focused scenarios, working both individually and with student engineers from other degree programs. Group work will mirror the relationships of an engineering team and will help students build professional skills, such as teamwork and communication. The open access makerspace provides a place for students to design, create, and collaborate.

The MEng degree program allows individuals to expand and strengthen their knowledge in integrated engineering. They will benefit from advanced learning in design and management, as well as multidisciplinary engineering design projects.
