This International Foundation Year provides international students with the academic preparation needed to progress to the BSc (Hons) Human Nutrition and Health. Students develop foundational knowledge across health and life sciences while strengthening research, communication, academic writing, critical thinking and independent study skills. The programme supports students in understanding UK university teaching and assessment expectations. After successful completion and meeting progression requirements, students can continue to the undergraduate degree and explore nutrition, health, wellbeing, dietary choices and public health.
