This pathway provides international students with academic preparation for progression to the BSc (Hons) Computer Science degree. Students develop foundational knowledge in computing and engineering while building skills in logical thinking, mathematics, research, communication, problem-solving and independent learning. The programme also introduces students to UK higher education and prepares them for undergraduate-level study. Successful completion allows students to progress to Computer Science, where they can explore programming, software development, algorithms, computer systems, databases and emerging technologies.
