The International Year Zero in Health and Life Sciences provides international students with a structured academic pathway towards the BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy degree. The programme is designed to strengthen foundational knowledge in health and life sciences and prepare students for undergraduate study in occupational therapy. Students develop essential academic skills, including research, academic writing, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving and independent learning. The programme also familiarises students with UK higher education teaching and assessment methods.
