3-Term Pathway - Foundation Certificate for Science and Engineering - Continue to Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) - Sport Engineering

专业介绍

If students have finished high school but don’t meet the entry requirements for university, a Foundation Certificate can help them gain entry to an undergraduate degree.

The sport engineering industry looks to help solve problems associated with sport, health and exercise. It is a relatively new but rapidly expanding area which is attracting large interest and investment from professional sports clubs, sportswear and equipment manufacturers as well as health and wellbeing app and wearable technology developers.

In this course students will design and develop sport technology concepts and devices. They’ll be working on real projects set by organizations that could be looking at helping athletes get the most out of their training programmes, maximizing sporting performance, or developing sport equipment and technology that gains advantages over competitors.
