If students have finished high school but don’t meet the entry requirements for university, a Foundation Certificate can help them gain entry to an undergraduate degree.

Nottingham Trent University's chemistry courses are recognized by the Royal Society of Chemistry. This accreditation is NTU's assurance that their courses are relevant to, and valued by, industry. Students will regularly be working in a professional laboratory, using the most advanced techniques, so that when they graduate they will already have many of the skills employers are looking for.

The course gives students real flexibility too. Students can opt to spend one year working in industry, getting valuable work experience that can help them get a job when they graduate. Students can also choose to follow a specialist route, depending on their own personal passions.
