How does human resource management and organisational leadership combine? The world of work is changing rapidly and so are the demands of human resource management. Our CIPD accredited Master’s course in Leadership and Human Resource Management is designed for aspiring human resource professionals who are looking to advance or switch to a career in human resource management. Our practically focused modules allow you to work on real-life case studies and learn from business specialists with industry experience. With a strong focus on the key developmental needs of the human resource industry, you’ll develop the essential transferable skills that are desired by global employers.

This course is offered as a 2-year full-time business master’s programme. Sharing the first year of study with the 1-year MSc Leadership and Human Resource Management, the 2-year programme benefits from a second year of Professional Practice that is specifically aimed at fostering the employment opportunities of students.

Offering greater flexibility than a traditional Placement Year, our Professional Practice Year allows you to decide how to put your skills into practice. Choose between an academic dissertation, business plan, business or consultancy project, or a paid placement in industry, depending on the option that is best suited to your future career path.
