专业介绍

International Incorporated Bachelors (IIB) - Stage One - Bachelor of Science - Biological Sciences begins with a broad-based curriculum at Levels 1 and 2, allowing students to combine a wide range of topics before specialising in areas that reflect their interests at Levels 3 and 4. As with any area of the life sciences, it is important for students to understand key biological theories, from processes at the molecular level to the functioning of whole-body systems and beyond.

During the first two years of study, students explore core concepts such as genetics, cell biology, biological organisation, and molecular mechanisms and processes. They can select modules that match their academic interests and graduate with a BSc (Hons) Biological Sciences degree, or follow a specialist pathway in Bioinformatics or Plant Sciences, which will be reflected in their final degree title.
