The Undergraduate Foundation Program (UFP) offers successful students guaranteed progression to the University of Southampton. This program is designed to prepare international students, who have completed senior secondary education, for entry to undergraduate studies at the University of Southampton.

This program includes English and three academic subject modules. There are three academic pathways to choose from and candidates will study the pathway most suited to their chosen progression degree. The pathways are: Business, Economics, Finance and Management, Life Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences and Art and Design.

The Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience e xplores all aspects of the nervous system - from the molecular to the behavioral. On this degree graduates will discover the processes behind neurological disorders and study the wider aspects of physiology, pharmacology and the immune system. Understanding the human nervous system is one of science’s greatest challenges, with the prevention of neurodegenerative conditions, such as Alzheimer’s disease, and of mental illnesses being a priority for society. Neuroscientists are needed to address these challenges.
