This pathway prepares international students for the BEng (Hons) Software Engineering degree through foundational study in computing and engineering. Students develop knowledge of computing concepts, mathematical reasoning and problem-solving while strengthening academic writing, research, communication, critical thinking and independent learning. The programme also supports adaptation to UK higher education. Successful completion allows progression to undergraduate Software Engineering, where students can explore software design, programming, development methodologies, testing, systems and digital technologies.
