4-Term Pathway - Foundation Certificate for Science and Engineering - Continue to Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Ecology and Conservation

专业介绍

If students have finished high school but don’t meet the entry requirements for university, a Foundation Certificate can help them gain entry to an undergraduate degree.

This NTU course focuses on ecological concepts, the natural world, and how humans conserve it. It has been designed to develop students' knowledge and understanding of environmental problems and their solutions. They’ll study how ecological concepts can be applied to conserve nature, and the threats from pressures such as climate and land-use change. The course explores community and ecosystem ecology (i.e. larger scale ecology) and has more of a focus on habitats, plants and the habitat requirements of species.
