Foundation is an entry point that comes before the first year of university. By studying a foundation, students will gain a solid understanding of their chosen subject as well as the required skills for study at a UK university. Upon successful completion of foundation, they will progress directly to first year or to international year one

During this degree, students will use the latest tools and technologies to develop new skills at an advanced level. With opportunities to apply industry-standard modelling and simulation techniques to the analysis and design of mechanical engineering systems, they will graduate ready for the industry.
