Foundation is an entry point that comes before the first year of university. By studying a foundation, students will gain a solid understanding of their chosen subject as well as the required skills for study at a UK university. Upon successful completion of foundation, students will progress directly to first year or to international year one.

Construction Management course matches the needs of the industry, preparing students to be able to manage a construction project from inception and design through to occupation by developing their skills in management to enable them to deliver projects safely, on time, on budget and to the highest possible quality.
