专业介绍

The English language course is designed to develop students skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking while boosting their confidence in communicating with classmates and tutors ahead of starting students academic programme.

The International Foundation Year in Science, Engineering and Computing is designed as a versatile introduction to all three of these subjects. A core focus on Pure Mathematics will provide students with a fundamental understanding of the topic, as well as applicable skills for their further study. The chosen modular section of the course provides options of concentrated pathways such as Advanced Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology,

This course is delivered jointly by the School of Mathematics and the Leeds University Business School, which is internationally renowned for the quality of its teaching, research and facilities. Students economics modules will give students in-depth understanding of micro and macroeconomics, which students can study to an advanced level. They will get to grips with concepts including supply and demand and scarcity, and they will study key techniques in econometrics.
