Foundation is an entry point that comes before the first year of university. By studying a foundation, students will gain a solid understanding of their chosen subject as well as the required skills for study at a UK university. Upon successful completion of foundation, students will progress directly to first year or to international year one.

Human Resource Management (HRM) degree equips students with the tools their need to develop the high-performing workforce and innovative teams demanded by business.

This course teaches students about the importance of motivating and managing people within a business, showing them the link between successful performance and the people students employ.
