Program Description

If students have completed high school with good grades but don’t qualify for entry to an undergraduate degree, students could study an International Year One, which combines university preparation with degree 1st year.

BA(Hons) Business Management and Economics teaches a 50/50 split of academic disciplines in economics alongside a vocational knowledge of business. Bristol Business School will help students develop the practical skills they need for a future in the public or private sector. Discover how to use specialist tools for economic analysis. Learn excellent managerial skills, analytical expertise and how to factor the role of ethics and sustainability into decision making. Train in UWE's modern Bloomberg trading room to get real-time insight and unrivalled practical experience.

UWE's teaching embraces pluralism (considering multiple theories or approaches together) to help students debate complex questions, form opinions and look at things from different perspectives.
