If students are interested in the human side of business management, this course is ideal. Swansea covers areas from classical human resource management to areas of leadership and high-performance organization. The pathway also gives an overview of the legal and ethical challenges faced by Human Resource professionals, and the techniques used to match skills and abilities to business needs.
