The BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying with Foundation Year is designed for those seeking a career in the construction industry, providing the knowledge and skills required to contribute to the future of the built environment. The four-year programme includes a Foundation Year, which offers a broad preparatory curriculum for students who do not meet the direct entry requirements for the degree. This year builds essential academic and practical skills, with progression dependent on successfully passing all modules.
