The programme begins with foundations in marketing, people and organisations, business finance, data analytics, sustainability and entrepreneurship. Students then develop more specialised knowledge in areas such as data-driven resource management, global operations and supply chains, research methods, and data visualisation. In particular, the Analytics and Visualisation for Business Strategy module introduces data storytelling, dashboard design and interactive reporting, helping students turn raw data into meaningful business insights.

In the final year, students further develop their analytical and strategic capabilities through Data Mining for Strategic Advantage, covering techniques such as classification, clustering and association, as well as AI, Business Transformation and Change Management, which examines how artificial intelligence can influence organisational strategy and operations. Students also complete an applied project in which they can investigate a real-world business issue through research, consultancy-style analysis or management simulation.

The programme uses projects, simulations, case studies, group work and practical applications to connect academic learning with real business problems. Students can also choose an optional placement year between the second and final years, providing an opportunity to gain professional experience and apply their analytical and management skills in the workplace. Graduates may pursue careers in areas such as business analysis, data analysis, business intelligence, management, operations, supply chain, project management and strategic decision-making, across a range of industries.
