Master of Science - Psychology (Conversion)

专业介绍

The Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology (Conversion) is a postgraduate program designed for graduates from disciplines other than psychology who wish to gain a comprehensive understanding of psychological theory and practice. The program provides the academic foundation required for pursuing professional accreditation and further training in psychology.

Students explore key areas such as cognitive, biological, developmental, and social psychology, as well as individual differences and research methods. Emphasis is placed on developing critical thinking, research design, data analysis, and applied psychological skills. Learners work on practical projects and a research dissertation, enabling them to apply psychological principles to real‑world contexts.

The conversion route ensures that students acquire the core knowledge and competencies equivalent to an undergraduate degree accredited in psychology, preparing them for professional pathways in clinical, educational, occupational, and research psychology, or for entry into doctoral‑level study.
