Students gain valuable practical experience through the Applied Food Safety & Innovation, MSc degree. Students develop knowledge in operational food systems and food product innovation.

Learn practical skills by designing and developing new food products. Student-created products will be commercially relevant and conform to relevant regulations. The course uses real-world case studies which will equip students with the food safety auditing skills needed for the workplace. Students will have the opportunity to gain professional experience through work-based placements.
