Students will develop their knowledge of Occupational Psychology theory and practice, and explore ethical, cultural and practical issues associated with psychology in the workplace. As part of the course, students will complete (under supervision) an independent work-related research project.

Occupational Psychology is broader in scope and less formalized than many areas of psychology and touches of diverse fields including ergonomics, HR management and consultancy.
