This program deepens understanding of legal frameworks shaping global commerce and cross-border transactions. Students will develop critical awareness of legal, economic, ethical, and political issues influencing international business and commercial law. Through practical examples and academic analysis, they will explore trade law, international sale of goods, commercial arbitration, and transnational regulation.

Students will gain transferable skills for careers in the legal profession, policymaking, multinational corporations, governmental bodies, and academia. They will learn to conduct independent legal research, analyze complex issues in diverse jurisdictions, and communicate arguments clearly.
