The Pre-Master's for Science and Engineering at Kaplan International College London is ideal for a postgraduate degree at university. The length of the course is determined mainly by the applicant's English language level.

All students will take a set of common or similar modules to gain key skills for university. They may also take extra modules focusing on one or more of the English language, academic skills and basic subject knowledge.

The discovery, development and application of advanced materials is at the heart of engineering innovation. Informed by the Cranfield University's close research collaborations with industry is developing the next generation of talented materials scientists and engineers. Graduates in the Master of Science in Advanced Materials with a fundamental interest in materials science, will develop their understanding of materials’ properties, selection, processing and advanced design procedures. This course is suitable for applicants with science, applied science, mathematics, engineering or related degrees keen to pursue careers in the development or exploitation of materials.
