The one-semester Pre-masters in Business and Management will provide students with the skills they need to succeed in case their goal is to become part of the next generation of entrepreneurs, broaden their knowledge of financial strategies, or pursue a new business discipline in order to progress their career,. As a graduates at the University of Plymouth, they will have the chance to benefit from unique opportunities with business partners:

• Santander
• Southwest and Plymouth Chamber of Commerce
• Plymouth Science Park

After just one semester, students will progress onto their Masters degree at University of Plymouth, and a year later they will graduate with a globally recognized qualification.

Graduates in Master of Arts in Human Resource Management will equip themselves with the skills and capabilities required for a strategic role in Human Resource on this full-time program. Through lectures informed by active research and opportunities to gain important work related competencies, they will develop the necessary skills for contemporary Human Resource management, in a business and organizational context.
