The programme integrates disciplines such as economics, international business and strategy, international employment law, leadership, and talent management, fostering expertise in business analysis and strategic decision-making in a global context. The course features extensive industry partnerships. Students engage with professionals from organisations including Lloyds Bank Corporate, the Bank of England Midlands Office, HSBC Nottingham, Eversheds, Price Waterhouse Cooper, PKF Cooper Parry, Smiths of Derby, GI Insight, and Kitchencraft, with many contributing guest lectures. Leading HRM figures, including Visiting Professors Dr Linda Holbeche and Professor Lynette Harris, deliver masterclasses and lectures.
