The MA Management and Leadership at Regent’s University London is a postgraduate degree designed to develop students’ knowledge and skills in management, leadership and organisational practice. The programme examines key areas such as strategic management, organisational behaviour, leadership, innovation and decision-making, enabling students to understand how organisations operate and how effective leaders can respond to complex business challenges. Students develop analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills that can be applied across different organisational and business environments.

The programme takes a practical and applied approach to management education, combining academic study with real-world business issues and case-based learning. Students explore contemporary challenges facing managers and leaders and have opportunities to develop their leadership, communication, collaboration and strategic decision-making abilities. The programme is delivered through a combination of taught modules and independent study, with students completing a final research or applied project that allows them to investigate a management or leadership issue in greater depth.

The MA Management and Leadership can prepare graduates for management and leadership roles across a range of sectors and organisations. Potential career areas include business management, operations, project management, consulting, human resources, organisational development, business development and leadership-related positions. The programme is available as a full-time course, with a September intake normally taking 12 months to complete and a January intake taking 16 months because of the summer break between terms.
