This course combines the theoretical knowledge students would expect at master's level with the practical elements they will need to succeed in their career. It has a strong emphasis on the behavioural and leadership skills that will make a positive difference, wherever graduates work.

Students will benefit from this highly practical course and will be taught to specialise in all key HRM areas, including learning and development, employee relations and recruitment.

On graduation, students will have associate membership of the CIPD and will have the knowledge component required to go for chartered CIPD status, which will really cement their professional standing.

This masters is accredited to the advanced level by the Charted Institute of Personnel and Development, ensuring students graduate with the practitioner skills they need for a career in HR.
