The Master of Science in Human Resource Management programme is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is ideal for those interested in developing a career in human resource management, employment relations, employee development or allied fields of management.

This program covers all the essentials of human resource management and develops students' skills up to a strategic level, culminating in a dissertation. It includes learning in employment relations, work design, learning and development and employment law.

The programme is taught by academic experts with both a strong track record in human resource management related research and practitioner Human Resource experience. It focuses on developing critical thinking and analytical skills alongside more practical skills required for a career in people management. These practical skills include making presentations, role-play practice in handling challenging situations, and problem solving skills through case study analysis.
