PhD by Industry program provides a specialized pathway for industry practitioners to earn a Doctoral Degree while remaining embedded in their professional environment. It is designed to integrate the rigors of academic research with the practical needs and challenges of the industry, ensuring the research outputs are both innovative and applicable.

Candidates conduct their research within their workplace, leveraging real-world data, resources, and facilities. This eliminates the need for candidates to leave their employment or relocate, offering a seamless blend of work and study.

This method involves the use of existing data available at the industrial site. Prospective students are not eligible to apply if they do not have access to existing data. The availability of such data must be clearly stated in the portfolio submitted during the application process and will undergo a rigorous internal evaluation.

This method is open to both local and international students.
