This program aims to produce graduates with the advanced knowledge on mining and mineral technology with economical, geological, mineralogical, environmental impacts, safety issues, regulations, social responsibility related to the operation, regulation, and technical aspects, life cycle of the mine and on the related processes of a mine.
The only master program by coursework for Mining with Mineral Technology in Malaysia. Weekend or evening classes are available with various learning platforms including online case study and site visit. Subjects taught by well experienced industrial practitioners, senior academician and senior officer from the relevant government agencies. An industry-centric curriculum designed based on the stakeholders’ input.
