The Bachelor of Arts Sport Marketing & Media major, students can turn their passion for sports into an exciting career. From the very beginning of a degree program in sport marketing and media, University of South Dakota has integrated career preparation into the curriculum. Students can study topics ranging from advertising and public relations to graphic design, sport marketing and broadcasting to multimedia production and digital storytelling.

This interdisciplinary program focuses on media skills with business and sport communication components. New media technology and marketing skills are combined to meet the demands of a changing marketplace. Students will choose from courses in the Departments of Media & Journalism, Beacom School of Business marketing program, School of Education kinesiology and sport management program and the Department of Communication Studies.
