Make a meaningful impact in healthcare and science by earning a Master’s in Applied Biomedical Science at UMass Lowell. Designed for professionals or recent graduates, this program will deepen expertise in biomedical sciences while students gain practical, hands-on experience with current and emerging laboratory techniques. Students will develop their critical thinking skills by:

• Interpreting the significance of the results Proposing the clinical significance of clinical laboratory test results
• Conducting basic research within the clinical laboratory Writing and publishing the findings
• Students will learn how to think independently, design research, evaluate analytical methods and assess scientific literature as well as develop competencies in administration and management.
