The Master of Business Administration (Top-up) is designed for individuals with prior business experience as well as specialists seeking progression into senior management roles. It provides an opportunity to engage with business issues at a more fundamental and strategic level.

The programme is also suitable for recent graduates aiming to enhance their employability. Regardless of prior experience, the MBA (Master’s Stage Award) offers a flexible study route that enables students to refresh and develop their management skills and knowledge. Students also have the opportunity to gain professional accreditation from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

Throughout the programme, students examine evolving areas of strategy, leadership, and management theory and practice, and develop the ability to apply this knowledge confidently within practical organisational contexts.
