文学士-计算机科学 (可选带薪实习) (UZG)

专业介绍

The Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Computer Science enables students to integrate technical training with studies in another discipline, typically from the Faculty of Arts. This program provides an opportunity for students to gain a competitive advantage in job markets where employers often seek individuals who possess strong analytical and communication skills in addition to coding expertise.

The initial courses in Computer Science and Mathematics will equip students with a robust understanding of the fundamental principles of computer science, while the Arts courses will allow them to explore their complementary interests.

Laurier's Computer Science program offers students exposure not only to software but also to the hardware that underpins these systems. This comprehensive approach ensures that students develop a fundamental understanding of digital systems and microprocessors, as well as an appreciation for the interaction between hardware and software.
