The New York Tech Graphic Design and Media Innovation, M.F.A. is centered on the most up-to-date developments in the field, offering students the opportunity to create cutting-edge conceptual, aesthetic, and innovative visual projects.

Benefitting from a modern curriculum that reflects a shift in focus toward research and design for interactive applications, particularly in media, they will learn to apply emerging technologies to visual communication on several levels. In addition, they will build a solid foundation of essentials in the industry, from human-computer interaction and data analytics to the core thinking and innovation process.

They will develop deep expertise in the most current and relevant aspects of this evolving field, from participatory design to branding strategies to environmental graphic design. And, if they are interested in a career in academia, they will be able to pursue a college-level teaching position at the assistant professor rank due to the classification of the M.F.A. as a terminal degree.
